Conversei com um representante da Arbury UK - famoso vendedor de peças PSA no Reino Unido - em julho, assim que soube do lançamento dos faróis. Vejam parte da conversa que tive com ele, inclusive o preço, condições de envio e valor do frete:

1 - In my case that I don`t live in UK, could you get off the 20% VAT? If so, the total for each side would be £ 1,181.26?
2 - Are you able to estimate how much will cost the complete kit on a later date?
3 - Would you please estimate the freight cost to Brazil - zip code is 42841 000?
4 - Would you declare a super low value, then allowing me to pay a lower tax value when it enters in Brazil? I`m taxed in 60% in every part which costs above US$ 100.00
5 - Which condition of payment would you accept in case I deal with you?

1 – I believe we can do that. It’s not something that we have done before but a quick internet search says it can be done, so I will do it.
2 – Impossible to say. Presumably it would be cheaper than buying all the parts separately but I have no idea at this stage
3 – Very expensive! I have estimated weight and size, and the results are pasted below
4 – I have no problem “accidentally” putting the wrong value on the customs form
5 – We can take a credit car or paypal , or you can make a bank transfer

Resumo: a cotação em 21/07/2014 foi £ 1,181.26 mais frete de £ 220.42 CADA FAROL. E o cara não vê problema em declarar um valor super baixo.
